Около 1.700 юношей призывного возраста в Молдове, выразивших желание проходить альтернативную воинскую службу, приступили к исполнению своего долга, сообщают из Министерства национальной обороны Молдовы.

Большинство из них продолжает трудиться на своих предприятиях. Намечается также создание отрядов милосердия по оказанию коммунальных услуг, отправка специальных отрядов на работу по договору за пределы республики, которые будут трудиться на производстве лесоматериалов, горючего, другой остродефицитной для Молдовы продукции.
