ОСОБЕННОСТИ СЕМЕЙНОГО, МЕЖЛИЧНОСТНОГО И СОЦИАЛЬНОГО ПОВЕДЕНИЯ У ПОТОМКОВ ЛИЦ, ПОДВЕРГШИХСЯ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИМ РЕПРЕССИЯМ СОВЕТСКОГО ПЕРИОДА В 1917-1940-Х ГГ.
Qualitative research methods as semi-structured, in-depth interview and written structured survey were used for identify the impact of intergenerational trauma caused by political repression during the Soviet time. 9 persons took part in the study. All of them reliably knew that among the members of the previous generations of their family there were people who suffered from political repressions on the territory of the USSR during the period since the beginning of the Civil War till the first half of the 40s. Most of the respondents reported that some kind of repression of the Soviet period affected not one generation, but two or three generations of the family. The most frequently cited repressions were dispossession of peasants and deportation of the Volga Germans. The parents of the respondents were the first generation who was not subjected to political repression. The results of the survey showed that the parents of the respondents, i.e. the first generation, which was not directly affected by repression, had such traits as a tendency to secrecy when interacting with an extra-family environment and difficulties in expressing feelings in family communication. The first generation is characterized by avoidance of public expression of their point of view on political issues, pro-Soviet and pro-state sentiment. Respondents, i.e. the second generation, are characterized by less secrecy and more openness in communication, a sense of greater freedom in expressing their point of view on political issues. At the same time, the majority of participants have a tendency to non-participation in civic activism, fear of reprisals and disbelief that the expression of their opinion can influence the political life of society. Thus, the psychological impact of political repression that affected the previous generations of the family persisted over two next generations.
